Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At MokshYogi, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process outlined below.
2. Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
The item you received is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The item does not match the description on our website.
Conditions for a Return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (like your Order ID).
Due to the spiritual nature and sanctity of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or if the product has been used for any ritual or pooja.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at moksh@mokshyogi.com within 7 days of delivery.
In your email, please include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Yantras and other consecrated items.
Customized or personalized products.
Any product that shows signs of use.
